SELCO, Inc manages the lakes, dams, and recreational amenities within the Sedgefield Lakes Subdivsion. Management and access are done through a voluntary social membership. Membership includes access to three lakes and dams, social events, fishing, boating, water skiing, and swimming. There is also a beach area, playground, picnic shelter, tennis and pickleball courts.
